Is N4XION live today?
No. We are still planning and testing the service. This preview does not accept payments or create servers.
Can I buy a server now?
No. The prices show our current launch plan. We will keep checkout closed until we verify the infrastructure, policies, and payment flow.
Which Minecraft editions come first?
We plan to launch Minecraft Java and Bedrock first. We will publish exact versions, loaders, and crossplay setups after real testing.
Where does N4XION plan to host game servers?
We target Singapore for the first game node. We have not bought that node yet. This target does not promise latency, availability, or data residency.
Does joining early require payment?
No. The waitlist asks for your email and the server you want to run. It never asks for payment details.
How will referrals work?
Each verified member gets an N4X-XXXXXX code and share link, and our server counts verified referrals against your entry. Milestone rewards are planned and will be announced before they become active. No cash rewards, discounts, or credits exist today.
Does N4XION publish a Philippines ping estimate?
We do not promise a ping range. Your latency depends on your ISP, route, location, congestion, and time of day. We will publish measured tests and a ping endpoint after we bring the node online.
Does N4XION plan to support mods and plugins?
We plan to test common Java server software, plugins, and selected mod loaders. We will list exact loaders, versions, and packs after they pass install, startup, backup, restore, and update checks.
Which payment methods will be available?
None are available now. We will publish payment methods, taxes, renewal terms, and checkout security after we approve a provider and test the full payment flow.
What will the refund policy be?
We do not accept payments, so no refund process applies today. We will show you the reviewed cancellation and refund policy before checkout opens.
Will plans include support and backups?
We plan to offer support and recoverable backups. We will publish the scope, limits, retention, and response targets after we test the full workflow.
Is the control panel available?
No. We plan to use a Pterodactyl-based customer experience. We have not deployed the panel, game nodes, or customer controls. Every screen you see now is a concept.
When will N4XION launch?
We have not set a launch date. The waitlist is live. Infrastructure, Minecraft tests, the support process, and the payment flow still need to be finished.
