What this site collects, and why.

What the waitlist collects

When you join, we store your email address, the edition and plan you picked, the name of another game if you requested one, an optional referral code, and whether you opted into launch updates. We never ask for payment details.

Where waitlist data is stored and who processes it

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV on the N4XION Cloudflare account. Verification and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Each verified member is also appended as one row to a private N4XION spreadsheet through a Google Apps Script webhook, so Google processes those fields for that member log. Cloudflare also processes ordinary request and security data to deliver and protect the site. Unverified submissions are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Verified records are retained while the pre-launch waitlist and its launch communications remain active, until they are no longer needed for those purposes, or until you request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

How we use waitlist data

Your email is used to verify your place and, if you opted in, to send launch updates. Your edition, plan, and game choices set the order of infrastructure tests. Referral codes are used only to count verified referrals server-side. We do not sell or share this data for advertising.

What the partnership form collects

When you submit a partnership proposal, we store the application so we can evaluate it and contact you about it. That is the only purpose, and the form asks for explicit consent to it. Optional marketing consent is separate, unchecked by default, and never required to apply.

• Required: organization or community name, contact name, contact email, country or market, partnership category, primary link, your proposal, what you offer, what you are looking for, and contact consent
• Optional: audience size band, additional links, current project description, timeline, how you heard about us, an existing referral code, notes, and marketing consent
• Recorded automatically: submission time, a public reference ID, the consent text and version you accepted, and the on-site page and campaign parameters the application came from

Where partnership data is stored and who processes it

Applications are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV on the N4XION Cloudflare account, which runs on Cloudflare's global network. The staff notification and your acknowledgement email are sent through Resend, a US provider. Cloudflare Turnstile performs the human check before submission. Partnership applications are not added to the waitlist spreadsheet.

Applications are retained while a proposal is under review or an approved collaboration remains active. Declined or closed applications are deleted within 12 months of the decision, and you can request deletion, access, or correction at any time through the contact page.

Abuse controls and anonymous counters

Both forms are rate-limited per connection and per email address, a hidden form field filters automated bots, and Cloudflare Turnstile runs a human check. We log request counts, not message contents, for these checks. The partnership pages also record anonymous funnel counters (for example, that an application was submitted and its category). These counters never contain your email, name, links, or proposal text.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us to delete your waitlist record or partnership application at any time through the contact page. Every launch-update email includes an unsubscribe route. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through Discord, Facebook, or an unverified address.
